Lowell, Mass. — Mail-in ballots are now available for the September 9 Preliminary for District City Council in Wards 3, 7, and 8, and registered voters in these Districts may request mail-in ballots at www.mailmyballot.ma or by calling the Lowell Elections Department at (978) 674-4046. Voters with requests pending can expect ballots to arrive in mailboxes the week of August 25, and may track their ballot’s progress at www.trackmyballotma.com
Voters are reminded that in-person Early Voting will be available at the Lowell Senior Center (276 Broadway St) on Saturday, August 30, and Tuesday, September 2, through Friday, September 5. Otherwise, voters in Wards 3, 7, and 8 may vote in-person at their normal polling locations from 7:00AM to 8:00PM on Tuesday, September 9. The citywide November Election will also feature Vote By Mail, in-person Early Voting, and Election Day Voting with mail-in ballots becoming available shortly after the September 9 Preliminary, in-person Early Voting at the Lowell Senior Center from Saturday, October 25, through Friday, October 31, and all polls open from 7:00AM to 8:00PM on Tuesday, November 4.
