A KHMER SWAN LAKE AT MERRIMACK REPERTORY THEATRE

MRT is excited to announce our final production of the season A Khmer Swan Lake. The performance run dates are April 8-26. This beautiful new dance theatre adaptation is brought to life by Angkor Dance Troupe. The performance blends Western ballet with Cambodia’s Robam Kenore traditional dance style, bringing the themes of love, betrayal, and sacrifice to life through Cambodian dancers and musicians, creating a spectacle that is at once familiar, and yet also entirely original. A Khmer Swan Lake is not just a performance, it is a cultural bridge, a celebration of Cambodian heritage, and a daring reimagining of a story loved around the world.

Press Opening Night is Saturday, April 11 at 8pm with a Community Celebration in the lobby after the performance. Please RSVP to me and Chris Torres, Box Office Manager with your preferred date and number of tickets (up to 2).  If you are unable to attend that night, we invite you to join us at any performance after Opening through April 26, 2026. 

Also, a reminder that our upcoming production of Kween starts this week! Press Opening Saturday, February 28 at 8pm. Kween runs through March 15 – we hope you’ll join us!
