King elevates artist Princess Chenna to ‘Her Royal Highness’

King Norodom Sihamoni has elevated Princess Norodom Chenna to the title of “Her Royal Highness” in a royal decree issued yesterday.

The promotion honours her contributions to the arts. She is the daughter of Princess Norodom Bophary, a granddaughter of the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk, and a niece of the reigning monarch.

Her Royal Highness Princess Chenna is widely recognised for her artistic talent, earning significant acclaim in Cambodia and abroad.
